摘要
实验中发现CSP轧机鼓形齿联轴器齿面具有"工"字形磨损区域,这与齿轮啮合传动的磨损区域在节圆处正好相反,通过啮合点空间解析模型和有限元仿真研究了这一现象,分析了其形成的原因:齿根和齿顶出现接触应力极值区域,极值区域在联轴器转动过程中沿齿宽方向往复运动,形成齿面上的非均匀性磨损。设计和制造是齿根和齿顶的修形,使用过程中保证良好的润滑等方法可减小齿面的接触应力和磨损。
In an experiment, the H-shape wear area is found on the curved tooth coupling of the CSP rolling mill. The wear area on curved tooth coupling is opposite with the transmission gear's. A 3-D entire teeth finite element model and an engaging position analytical model of the curved tooth coupling were established to analyze the phenomenon: max contact stress appears in dedendum and addendum, and max contact stress area moves from one side to another side alternately on tooth surface. Gear dedendum and addendum profiling, and lubrication reduce contact stress and worn.
