RLPG 环形喷嘴雾化特性的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 应用激光衍射瞬变喷雾场测量系统,进行了RLPG环形喷嘴雾化特性的实验研究.实验表明:(1)DSM随时间增加呈山谷型分布,贮液室压力随时间增加呈山峰型分布,二者比较反映了环形喷嘴喷射压降对雾化质量的影响;(2)DSM随轴向距离增大而增大,喷雾场前沿多为大液滴;(3)DSM随径向距离增大呈山谷型分布,直孔喷嘴DSM随径向距离增大而减小,环形喷嘴的雾化质量优于直孔喷嘴雾化质量;(4)DSM与环形喷嘴出口环形间隙近似成正比,与环形喷嘴中心杆顶端锥角近似成反比;但中心杆位置和顶端锥角的改变并不影响环形喷嘴瞬变喷雾场平均液滴直径DSM随时间和空间的变化规律. The atomization properties of annular injector in RLPG were experimentally investigated, using the measurement sysems of the temporal droplet size distribution of liquid spray based on the principle of laser diffraction. The experiment showed that.(1)D SM was distributed in valley form and the liquid chamber pressure was distributed in peak form with time increasing, which was proved that injecting pressure drop influences the atomizatiin quality of the injector. (2)D SM in creased with axial distance from the injector orifice, there were mostly larger droplets at the head of the spray. (3) D SM was distributed in peak form and the D SM of the plain orifice injector decreased with radial distance increasing the atomization quality of the annular injector was superior to that of the plan orifice. (4) D SM was approximately in proportion to the orifice gap of the annular injector and inverse proportion to the conical angle at the top of central pole. Both temproal and spatial distributions of the D SM were not influenced by variations of the conical angle and position of the cental pole.
