摘要
压力振荡抑制技术是再生式液体发射药火炮 (RLPG )的关键技术之一 .在2 3mmRLPG试验装置上 ,研究了点火、喷雾质量对RLPG压力振荡强弱的影响 .观测到RLPG压力振荡的主要激励机制 ,是再生喷射系统的机械振动与燃烧不稳定性引起的压力波动及声腔振荡的耦合效应 .提出采用弹性减振、吸振以及改变燃烧室形状的方法来抑制压力振荡的幅值 .实验结果表明 。
The suppression technology of pressure oscillation is one of key technology of Regenerative Liquid Propellant Guns (RLPG). The effects of ignition and spray property on pressure oscillation are studied in 23 mm RLPG experimental device. It is observed that the inspiring mechanism of pressure oscillation of RLPG is coupling effect of the mechanical vibration of regenerative injection piston and pressure wave caused by combustion unstability and acoustic oscillation. It presents that using elastic cushion to decrease and absorb vibration and changing the shape of combustion chamber can suppress the amplitude of pressure oscillation. The experimental results show that the combustion stability can be increased effectively.
