摘要 目的:评价螺旋CT三维重建技术在骨骼系统疾病中的临床应用价值。材料与方法:对100例骨骼系统疾病的病人行螺旋CT扫描,X线准直宽度为1.0mm^4.0mm,重建间隔为0.5mm^2.0mm,螺距比为1.25~1.50。将原始数据传入工作站,分别用表面遮盖显示法(surface shaded display,SSD)和容积成像(volumetric redering,VR)及多平面重建成像(multiplane reconstructions,MPR)进行处理。结果:所有病例的三维重建图像显示良好,病变显示立体、直观、全面。结论:螺旋CT三维重建图像具有立体、直观、完整、准确的特点,能够对骨骼系统疾病的诊断提供全面的临床信息,对术后复位效果的观察具有重要价值。 Purpose: To evaluate tile clinical usefulness of three - dimensional reconstruction with helical CT (3DCT) in the diseases of skeletal system. Materials and Methods: 100 patients with diseases of skeletal system were scanned by helical CT and collimator was 1.0 - 4.0mm, reconstruction interval 0.5 - 2.0mm and pitch 1.25 - 1.50. All data were transferred to workstation and processed with surface shaded display (SSD), lnuhiplane reconstructions (MPR) and volumetric rendering (VR). Results: All 3DCT images can display the lesions accurately and stereoscopically. Conclusion: 3DCT images have merits of accuracy and stereoscopy, and provide full information in preoperative diagnosis and have an intportant role in assessing the effect of replacement after operation.
