摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建技术在颌面部病变中的临床应用价值。方法选择65例颌面部螺旋CT扫描三维重建图像。扫描层厚2、3mm,重建间隔1.5mm,螺距为1,数据输入工作站,用SSD及MPR重建方法进行处理。结果65例颌面部三维CT重建图像显示良好。颌面部的整体形态及与周围解剖结构的关系得到较好的观察。结论笔者认为SSD及MPR重建方法的结合运用,并参与CT的横断图像进行综合分析将提高螺旋CT骨整形手术等有一定实用价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of 3D CT recon struction technique in maxillofacial. Methods 65 cases 3D reconstruction inc luding collimation, Pitch 0.7~1.5 min by Toshiba Xpress/SX CT scanner. Then 3D r econstruction including SSD and MPR was performed by sun Sparc station 20 workst ation and Toshiba Xtension 2.01 software. Results Good 3D reconstruction imag es were acquired in all 65 cases. The stereoscopy of bone destruction, formation within the tumor and their relationship with surrounding tissue could be displa yed in 3D reconstruction images. Conclusions 3D CT reconstruction might be u seful for showing more information in diagnosis and therapy of maxillofacial dis eases.
