摘要
随着军队医院对外有偿医疗服务的发展,军队医院在经济核算方面出现了一些新的问题。作者针对当前军队医院主要的三种经济核算模式,进行了全面的利弊分析,提出研发统一的经济核算软件,完善经济核算手段,建立统一的内部激励机制,规范为部队服务经济行为,以谋求推进医院发展和保障伤病员利益的有机统一。
With the development of paying medical service of military hospital, there are some new problems in economic accounting in military hospital. The author analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of economic accounting model in military hospital, and brought forward the following four methods to improve the economic accounting model in military hospital： developing unified economic accounting software, perfecting the measure of economic accounting, establishing an unified inside incentive mechanism, standardizing the economic behavior of the service for the military. Through these methods, military hospital could promote the unification of both the development of hospital and the benefits of patients.
