摘要
上海申康医院发展中心2007年下半年开始在所属的7家市级医院试点临床路径工作。试点效果表明,临床路径管理对缩短平均住院日、合理控制医疗费用和保障医疗安全等方面取得较好成效。临床路径的推广实施面临着一线医务人员积极性不高的问题,需要配套的医政和医保政策的支持,需要内部激励机制的保证,需要信息系统的支撑。
Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Center started the clinical pathway project in 7 municipal hospitals since the second half of 2007. The management of this project had some good effects on reducing the average length of stay, controlling the medical costs and keeping the medical safety etc. However, the medical staff is not enthusiastic about the clinical pathway. To develop this project, it will need the assistance of health administration and health insurance organizations, incentives and information system.
