摘要
介绍了一种全新结构的锥形双螺杆压缩机的工作原理、结构特点、几何理论、受力分析及优缺点,并推导了行程容积的计算公式。新型锥形双螺杆压缩机与圆柱形双螺杆压缩机相比,它的转子有一定的锥度,齿间面积沿压缩方向呈线性减小,能够有效增加压缩比,减小泄漏三角的面积和接触线的长度,减少泄漏量,使受力状况得到改善,并降低了功耗。
The operating principle ,structure characteristics ,geometric theory of this mechanism ,power and moment analyse, advantage and disadvantage of taper twin screw compressor were introdueed. And the calculation formulate for displacement volume are deduced. Compared with columniform twin Screw compressor, its screws have a definite taper and its area between the near two teeth becomes smaller in the direction of compression. It can increase ratio of compression effectually, decrease the area of leaking triangle and the length of osculating line in order to decrease the leakage. Above all, the status of bearing power was developed and the waste of energy was decreased.
