J-201丁二烯气体双螺杆压缩机新型液膜密封结构设计

摘要 J-201丁二烯气体双螺杆压缩机的轴封润滑油泄漏现象时有发生,由于机械密封备件昂贵,单纯通过停车更换备件的常规维护策略,耗费巨大且不能从更本上解决机组的泄漏问题。针对以上问题对该设备的机械密封件进行改进设计。试验表明:新型非接触式液膜密封在密封性能方面优于普通的接触式机械密封;在开停机频繁改变的工况下,抗干扰能力明显增强;比普通的接触式机械密封的摩擦损失和功率消耗显著减少,经济效益突出。 Shaft seal lubricating oil leakage of the J-201 Butadiene Gas Twin-screw Compressor occurs from time to time.Due to expensive mechanical sealing spare parts,the routine maintenance strategy of changing spare parts by stopping the machine is costly and can not solve the leakage problem fundamentally.To deal with the aforementioned problem,the mechanical sealing parts of this machine had improved design.The experiment shows that the sealability of the new non-contact liquid film seal is superior to that of normal contact mechanical seal;the disturbance resistance capacity of the new designed seal is significantly enhanced under the working condition of frequent switching on and off;and comparing with the normal contact mechanical seal,the friction loss power consumption of the new type seal are obviously reduced,which can bring prominent economic benefits.
