摘要
目的:调查大学生主观幸福感的现状,分析其与性别、专业、年级、经济状况的关系。方法:于2006-03/04选取浙江省6所高校大学生352名,男生175名,女生177名,18~21岁。采用总体幸福感量表测量主观幸福感。量表共有33项,分为6个分量表,即对健康的担心、精力、对生活的满足和兴趣、忧郁或愉快的心境、对情感和行为的控制以及松弛与紧张(焦虑)。得分越高,幸福度越高。量表的Alpha信度是0.731。结果:发放问卷352份,收回有效问卷329份。①329名大学生主观幸福感总体幸福感量表中对健康的担心、精力状况、对生活的满足和兴趣、忧郁或愉快的心境、对情感和行为的控制、松弛和紧张、前18项、总体幸福感得分分别为8.26±2.65,17.40±3.22,6.45±1.60,14.66±2.64,12.24±2.13,16.52±2.99,75.53±8.95,110.06±10.33。②男女生总体幸福感量表总均分及分量表得分差异均不显著。③在大学生主观幸福感总均分上,艺术生、文科生、农科生、工科生差异显著(113.63,109.91,104.80,107.89,P<0.05);在对健康的担心上,艺术生与其他专业的学生差异显著(9.28,8.37,7.97,6.60,7.40,7.70,P<0.05);在对生活的满足和兴趣上,文科生与理科生、医科生、艺术生、农科生差异显著(6.26,6.82,4.80,6.93,4.90,P<0.01);在松弛和紧张上,艺术生与文科生、工科生差异显著(17.59,16.29,15.90,P<0.01)。④在对生活的满足和兴趣上,一年级与二年级、二年级与四年级、三年级与四年级大学生得分差异显著(6.86±1.46,6.06±1.53,6.24±1.51,6.75±1.66,P<0.01);在对情感和行为的控制上,一年级与三年级、二年级与四年级、三年级与四年级大学生得分差异显著(12.53±1.72,11.89±1.94,11.56±2.34,12.78±2.14,P<0.01)。⑤在分对生活的满足和兴趣和忧郁或快乐的心境上,拥有不同零用钱的大学生得分差异显著(对生活的满足和兴趣:6.19±1.63,5.73±1.66,6.38±1.45,6.81±1.65,6.45±1.48,6.46±1.85,
AIM: To investigate the situation of the subjective well-being in university students, and analyze its relationship with sex, major, grade and economic condition.
METHODS: A total of 352 college students from 6 colleges were randomly selected from March to April 2006 including 175 males and 177 females aged 18-21 years. The General Well Being Schedule was used to detect the subjective well-being, which consisted of 33 items and 6 subscales including the concern over healthy, energy, satisfaction to life, mood (depression or delight), control degree on emotion and behavior and relaxation or tension (anxiety). The higher the scores, the higher the well-being degree. Alpha coefficient of the scale was 0.731. RESULTS: Totally 352 questionnaires were sent out, and 329 valid ones were retrieved. ~)The scores of the students in concern over healthy, energy, satisfaction to life, mood (depression or delight), control degree on emotion and behavior and relaxation or tension, the former 18 items and general well-being were 8.26±2.65, 17.40±3.22, 6.45±1.60, 14.66± 2.64, 12.24±2.13, 16.52±2.99, 75.53±8.95, 110.06±10.33. ②There were not significant differences in the total average marks and subscale scores between male and female students. ③There were significant differences in the total average marks among the art students, liberal arts students, agricultural students and engineering students (113.63, 109.91, 104.80, 107.89, P 〈 0.05); in the concern over healthy, there were significant differences between art students and the others (9.28, 8.37, 7.97, 6.60, 7.40, 7.70, P 〈 0.05); in the satisfaction, there were significant differences between the art students and the others (6.26, 6.82, 4.80, 6.93, 4.90, P 〈 0.01); in the relaxation or tension, there were significant differences among art students and liberal arts students and engineering students (17.59, 16.29, 15.90, P 〈 0.01). ④In the satisfaction to life, significant differences were found between the freshmen
