摘要
当高科技产业逐渐变成传统产业,产业思维逐渐转向人文生活科技的思考,以人为主体的思维取代过去以科学研发与技术生产为核心的思维,转而走向一种以顾客为核心的产业创新系统之际,产业创新研究也必须响应此一实务趋势。本研究认为强调科技研发不等于产业创新,也不等于经济获利,创新不只是科技,而是社会、文化、生活与技术的结合;既有产业价值链必须建构在社会使用的基础上,该创新价值链始于社会生活脉络分析、产业技术预测、技术开发,终于顾客服务;如能适当连结此一创新价值链,产业创新便得以持续进行,亦能获得高附加价值的产出与经济效益;企业或产业参与者应该思考的是如何将镶嵌在生活脉络中社会"使用"的社会价值转化为经济商品"消费"的经济效益,而政府则应该反过来思考如何将企业经济效益转化为社会使用的价值。
This paper considers that innovation is not only science and technology, but also integration of society, culture, life, and technology. Industrial value chain must be built on the base of social use. Innovation value chain begins with analysis of social life skeleton, industiral technology forecasting, technology developing, and ends with customer service. For companies, they should consider how to transfer the value of social use to economic benefits of consumers. For governments, they should consider how to thansfer the benefits of companies to the value of social use.
