摘要
以油酸及甲醇为原料,经过酯化反应先生成油酸甲酯,油酸甲酯进一步与三羟甲基丙烷反应生成三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯。通过实验确定最佳反应条件为:反应温度为160℃,油酸甲酯与三羟甲基丙烷物质的量比为6.5∶1,甲醇钠的用量为总质量的0.5%,反应8h,收率为95.5%。目的产物的结构经红外光谱和核磁氢谱证实。
Using oleic acid and methanol as raw materials, methyl oleate was synthesized by the esterification at first, then the trimethylolpropane oleie acid ester was prepared from methyl oleate with trimethylolpropane by transesterification. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained through experiments: reaction temperature was 160~C , mol ratio of methyl oleate to trimethylolpropane was 6. 5:1 , the dosage of sodium methoxide was 0.5% ( mass fraction) , reaction time was 8h, and the yield was 95.5%. Finally, the structure of objective product was identified through IR and ^1HNMR.
