摘要
通过新的分子设计方法,在结构中分别引入含有马来酸分子的支化中间体和强疏水性的有机硅链段,然后在水介质中引发自由基聚合,制备了一种支化型丙烯酸-有机硅水性聚合物。并用紫外分光光度计、傅立叶-红外光谱仪、核磁共振仪和差示扫描量热仪,对中间体和聚合物的结构进行表征。试验结果证明:合成的聚合物具有支化结构,疏水性单体业已被成功引入到聚合物链中。这种具有新型结构的聚合物,可望在皮革鞣制过程中表现出复鞣、填充、加脂和防水等效果。
A new kind of copolymers with a branched structure has been designed and prepared for developing a muhifunction- al re - tanning agent. The branched structure of the polymers was built by using a branched famework comprising vinyl groups that can radically copolymerizing with other acrylates monomers and hydrophobic siloxane in aqueoous system. The ultraviolet spectro- photometer, Fourier - infrared spectrometer, NMR and DSC have been used to determine the composition and structure of the branched framework and the developed copolymers. The result shows that the expected branch - shaped copolymers were successfully synthesized. Based on their comprehensive performances on filling,fatliquoring, and water- repellency properties in addition to their retainning property when their being used in leather' s retanning process.
