摘要
本文从人才培养的需求角度,认真分析实验室队伍的配置现状及存在的问题,提出实验室队伍建设的新思路,阐明了实验室队伍建设思路和相关措施的必要性与可行性。
This paper, in view of need of talent development, analyzes the current situation of staff allocation in computer network lab and the existing problems. It offers the new ideas to construct the staff. The necessity and feasibility of construction and relevant solutions are discussed.
