摘要
实验队伍建设远远落后于高校其他教育及教学改革,这一点已引起人们的普遍关注。从实验队伍在高校中的地位和作用入手,分析了实验队伍的现状及存在的问题,并对如何建设一支结构合理、高素质的实验队伍提出了相应的建议和解决措施,以适应实验室发展和教学改革的需要。
The fact that construction and training of laboratory team fall behind other education and teaching reforms has been noticed and cared about widely. Based on the analysis of the great important and useful role of lab staff in universities, the current situation and the problems of lab staffs construction were analyzed, and the way how to construct a laboratory team with excellent quality and reasonable structure was put forward.
