摘要
本文对人力资源管理专业实验教学进行设计与研究。设计的实验教学体系能有效弥补传统教学重理论轻实践的不足,通过利用现代化实验设备,营造逼真的工作氛围,引导学生探究性学习,从而加强学生专业技能的培养和综合素质的提高。
This article discussed the objective of the teaching of human resource management experiment,and its characteristics,quest and program design.The traditional way of teaching pays more attention to human resource management theories rather than practices.The teaching of human resource management experiment will efficiently overcome the drawback.Based on the modern equipments of experiment,the similar atmosphere of modern enterprise's working place,leading students to find a way to solve the problem by themselves,students will have more personal practices through their experimental lecture and better to improve their special skills and comprehensive capabilities.
