摘要
论述了垂直丝杠传动大型举升设备的设计要点和部分关键部件的计算,特别对传动链的效率确定和组合桁架的受力变形进行了详细分析.按照分析和计算结果设计的设备经检测基本相符,并经实际验证作了改进完善。
Designing key points of large scale lifting equipment with vertical lead screw drive and the designing of its some key elements are discussed. The efficiency of transmission sequence and the deformation of modular frames under the load action are specifically analyzed in detail. The equipment designed according to the results of analysis and calculation is proved to be basically satisfactory by means of test and is further improved to get better operation condition.
