摘要
提出了一种基于精密运动控制芯片的舞台吊杆同步控制方法。以ARM微处理器作为核心部件,应用LM628运动控制芯片,将每根吊杆都按照相同的运动轨迹运行的控制方法,代替了传统的多根吊杆之间相互比对的同步控制方法。采用这种方法设计的系统结构简单,稳定可靠,实时性、动态性能较好,能够较好地解决舞台吊杆的动态同步控制问题,为舞台吊杆的控制提供了新技术、新方法。
This paper presents a synchronization control method for sloats based on the precision motion controller. ARM microprocessor is the central component in this design, and by applying LM628 motion controller the new design adopts the synchronization control method of each sloat moving strictly according to the same trajectory,instead of the traditional multiple sloats comparison method. The system designed in this method offers simple structure, reliable stability and good real-time and dynamic performance, and it can solve the problem of synchronization control for sloats. Meanwhile it supplies a new method to the sloat control system design.
