摘要
高校学风是一所大学的精神风貌、教学质量、管理水平、办学特色的综合体现。目前高校学风建设存在着内涵理解的片面性、建设落实的虚浮性、建设效果预期的两面性和建设信息沟通的单边性等问题。新时期的高校学风建设应遵循系统性、层次性、全员性、沟通社会等原则,干部要树立与时俱进的兴学之风和干事创业的办学之风;教师要树立诚信严谨的治学之风和精益求精的教学之风;学生要树立勤奋求知的学习之风和文明修身的道德之风;职员要树立优质服务的助学之风和爱校如家的敬业之风。
The learning atmosphere of a college or university is a comprehensive reflection of its mental outlook, teaching quality, management level and school-running characteristics. However, at present there are some problems with its construction, such as the one-sidedness in the understanding of its connotation, the coxcombry in its fulfillment, the dual character in its expected effects and unilateral nature in the communication of its information. In the new era, we should follow the principles of constructing the learning atmosphere in a university systematically and hierarchically with all staff joining in and good social communication. Cadres should encourage learning advanced with the times and run schools with a pioneering spirit. Teachers should do scholarly researches honestly and precisely and constantly improve their teaching. Students should establish a diligent learning style and a cultivated more style. Office workers should assist learning with excellent service and love schools as their own homes.
