摘要 提出混杂结构设计的构思,并成功地制备了具有混杂结构的Si3N4/BN层状复合陶瓷,同时研究了材料的抗穿甲燃烧弹冲击的能力。研究发现,具有混杂结构的Si3N4/BN层状复合陶瓷的防护系数为10.50,略低于Si3N4块体陶瓷,但明显高于多层Si3N4/BN层状复合陶瓷,而且具有较高的抵抗整体破坏的能力。研究表明通过适当的防弹结构设计,可以获得抗穿甲燃烧弹冲击能力较高的Si3N4/BN层状复合陶瓷。 the composites composed of the monolithic Si3N4 ceramics and Si3N4/BN laminated ceramics have been prepared through bullet-proof structure designing, and the behavior of armour pierced-resistance of such materials was studied. The results showed that ballistic efficiency factor of the composites was about 10.50, which was little lower than that of monolithic Si3N4 ceramics but obviously higher than those of the multilayer Si3N4/BN laminated ceramics. The results also showed that the composites could keep higher integrality after impacted by bullet compared with those of multilayer Si3N4/BN laminated ceramics. The results indicated that Si3N4/BN laminated ceramics with good armour pierced-resistance abilities could be prepared by proper bullet-proof structure designing
