摘要
综述了碳化硼材料的基本结构、主要性能参数、各种制备碳化硼涂层的方法以及碳化硼涂层的应用现状和前景。讨论了物理气相沉积、化学气相沉积、等离子喷涂、气体转换、反应-烧结、等离子浸没离子处理等方法和涂层的性能特点。碳化硼涂层要在众多领域获得广泛应用,如何制备更均匀致密的碳化硼涂层、提高涂层与基体之间的结合力、降低涂层应力仍是今后研究的重点。
The structure and major properties of boron carbide, preparation methods of boron carbide coating and application status and prospect were reviewed. The features of the coating preparation methods such as physical vapor deposition, chemical vapor deposition, plasma spray, gas conversion, reaction-sinter, plasma immersion ion processing and the characteristics of coatings prepared by different methods were discussed. How to prepare the homogeneous boron carbide coating with higher density, higher combined strength between coating and substrate and lower stress in the coating is the key study in the future.
