摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预对冠心病的防治效果。方法将在本院住院的540例冠心病患者,随机分为2组,对照组接受常规的治疗和健康教育,实验组除常规的治疗和健康教育外,增加心理社会因素的评估与心理卫生指导,根据评估情况,采用口头、书面、发放宣传资料、小组讨论等形式对患者进行心理卫生指导。结果使冠心病患者的重复住院率下降达13.7%,死亡率下降达4.8%。结论对冠心病患者进行心理护理干预,可减少冠心病发作的诱因,从而降低冠心病的复发率与病死率。
Objective To discuss the effect of psychological nursing care intervention in prevention and treatment of CHD（Coronary Atherosclerotic Disease）.Methods 540 patients with CHD treated in the Cardiovascular Department were randomized into two groups.One was called the routine therapy and health education group.The other was called as the psychological nursing care intervention group.In addition to the routine therapy and health education,the assessment of psychosocial factor and the psychological health instruction were added to the later group through communications,books,healthy materials or face to face discussion,so as to make the patients know that the psychological social problem is one of the most important risking factors in the CHD attack and the recurrence events.As a result,the patients would correct their unhealthy psychological condition and establish a healthy psychological state.Results Compared with the routine therapy and health education group,the re-hospitalized rate in the group accepting the psychological nursing decreased by 13.8%.And the mortality rate decreased by 4.8% in psychological nursing care intervention group.Conclusions The psychological nursing care intervention in CHD patients can help them overcome unhealthy psychological state,improve their unhealthy irritable or hot-tempered personality or remove their nervous and anxious mood.As a result,both the recurrence and the mortality rate were dropped in the patients with CHD.
