摘要
目的：探讨老年社区护理的可行之道。方法：通过对邯郸市几个社区的256名年龄〉60岁的老年人进行问卷调查,了解社区老年人身体、生活状况及对护理的需求,分析社区现有的老年护理的现状。结果：老年人对社区护理的需求都十分强烈,在5项服务需求中,平均每人需求2.2项服务,其中90.08%需要健康指导,59.79%需要体格检查,24.28%的老年人需要家庭病床及上门护理和康复服务。老人对社区护理的需求与现有社区护理项目的低利用形成极大的反差。结论：老人对社区护理的需求越来越强烈,维护老年人的健康是今后社区护理工作的重点,应健全社区卫生服务网络,加强老年人社区护理力量。
Objeetive To explore the feasibility of community geriatric nursing. Methods Through a questionnaire on the 256 elderly people （over the age of 60） in several communities of Hart Dan city, their health status, living conditions and requirements on nursing were understood, and the present status of community geriatric nursing was analyzed. Results The elders had a keen demand for community nursing. In the five requirements of the nursing service, they needed an average of 2.2 requirements per person, wherein 90.8% of the elders needed health guidance, 59.79 %physical examination,24.28 % family bed and room nursing and rehabilitation service. The elders＇ demands for community nursing presented the striking contrast to the low avail of the available community nursing projects. Conelusions There is an increasing community nursing demand in the elders. In future, we must lay a strong emphasis on the elders＇ health in the project. We should establish the net of the community nursing services and strengthen the elders＇ community nursing.
