不同浓度IGF-1作用下大鼠正畸牙牙周组织学变化 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究局部应用外源性重组人胰岛素样生长因子1(rhIGF-1)对大鼠正畸牙牙周组织改建的影响。方法将30只雄性SD模型大鼠按rhIGF-1注射浓度不同随机分为6组:0μg/ml(对照组)、1μg/ml、2μg/ml、4μg/ml、8μg/ml、16μg/ml组,每组5只,隔日在正畸牙颊侧牙龈粘膜下注射不同浓度rhIGF-1,注射体积为0.1ml,第10天处死大鼠,取正畸牙及其牙周组织作HE染色,观察牙周组织学改变。结果随rhIGF-1注射浓度增加,牙周组织改建逐渐活跃,之后趋于稳定。压力侧以破骨细胞活动为主,4μg/ml组骨吸收最活跃;张力侧以成骨改建为主,8μg/ml组成骨细胞功能最活跃。结论一定浓度范围内的外源性rhIGF-1可加速正畸牙牙周组织改建。 Objective To study the effects of rhIGF-1 on periodontal tissue remodeling of orthodontics tooth in rats. Methods The first maxillary molar of the rats were moved medially by a elastic string delivered a force of 50g. 30 SD rats were randomly divided into six subsets of five rats, which were injected with rhIGF-1 (0. 1ml) with concentrations of 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16μg/ml in the buccal submucosal area of the molar per triduuro. 10 days later, all rats were killed and the first molars and periodontal tissues were chosen for histological evaluation. Results The activity of osteoclast increased in the level 4μg/ml in compression side. The tension side showed increased osteoblast and the deposition of new bone in 8μg/ml group. Conclusion Exogenous rhlGF-1 can accelerate orthodontic periodontal tissue remodeling in rats.
