摘要
在一台125mL单缸点燃式发动机上进行了怠速转速稳定性控制的研究。原机为化油器式汽油机,改装为电控喷射LPG发动机。通过电控点火对怠速每循环点火提前角调整的方法,实现了怠速转速稳定性的控制。并试验对比了电控喷射LPG发动机和原化油器式汽油机怠速稳定性。实测得到LPG发动机怠速转速稳定在目标转速r/m in范围内,冷热机怠速转速稳定性均明显优于原汽油机。将电控点火应用于原汽油机怠速转速控制后,怠速转速稳定性也得到了明显改善。
The idle speed stability control was conducted in a 125mL single cylinder SI engine. The engine was changed from a carburetor gasoline engine to EFI LPG engine. The idle speed was controlled by cycle - by - cycle ignition advance adjustment. The idle speed stability was compared between EFI LPG engine and carburetor gasoline engine by experiment. In the test, idle speed of LPG engine was stable in the rage of + 25r/min around target idle speed, which was better than gasoline engine obviously in the condition of cold and hot engine. When the digital control ignition was implemented for idle speed control in gasoline engine, the idle speed stability was improved.
