摘要
本文介绍了欧盟和我国台湾地区的摩托车排放法规 ,分析了不同法规的适用对象和试验方法上的差异及达标技术对策。结合我国摩托车排放控制进程和已出台的北京市摩托车排放地方法规 。
This paper introduces EU and China's Taiwan regulations on exhaust emissions from motorcycles and analyses applicable objects for various regulations,differences in test methods and technical measures for reaching targets.It clarifies some questions on the understanding of exhaust emission regulations in the light of the progressive course of China's motorcycle exhaust emission control and the local regulations on exhaust emissions from motorcycles in Beijing which are issued in 2000.
