摘要
煤炭产业是资源依赖度高、污染严重的重工业部门.山西作为我国第一产煤大省,建国和改革开放以来为我国经济发展做出巨大贡献的同时,也面临着资源浪费严重、生态破坏和环境污染的矛盾和问题.循环经济符合可持续发展思想,遵循"减量化、再利用、资源化"的原则,强调节约资源和减少污染.作者既阐述了山西煤炭资源的特点也强调了山西煤炭工业在全国的经济地位,然后指出山西煤炭产业发展中存在的问题,提出用循环经济的思路来指导山西煤炭产业的发展,并提出具体的措施和建议.
Coal industry is a heavy industry department. Shanxi province is the province of maximum coal production, now it＇s facing the conflicts and problerms of waste resources, ecological environment destroyed and enviromental pollution as the while has made the outstanding contributions since founding new china and reform and opening up. The circular economy is in conformity with the idea of sustainable development, obeys the principle of “minimization, reuse, resources recovery”, it emphasizes saving resources and decreasing pollution. There states the Characteristics of coal resources in Shanxi province and emphasizes the economic position in China of Shanxi coal industry, then points some problerms that exists in Shanxi coal industry development, at last advocats instructing Shanxi coal industry with the circular economy and suggests some measures and advices.
