摘要
目的探讨分支杆菌戊二醛抗性株的抗性机制。方法采用PCR扩增分支杆菌热休克蛋白(HSP65)基因的一个约440bp片段,分析医院感染株与消毒标准株的HSP65基因有无改变。结果医院感染株与消毒标准株的PCR-RFLP图谱基本相同。结论分支杆菌医院感染株与消毒标准株对2%强化中性戊二醛的抗性差异与分支杆菌hsp65基因无相关关系。
Objective To study the resistance mechanism of mycobacterium hospital intective strata to glutaraldehyde. Methods A 440 base pair long part of HSP65 gene of the mycobacterium was amplified by PCR to analyze whether the HSP65 gene changed between the mycobacterium hospital infective strain and standard strain. Results The PCR-RFLP of HSP65 did not show difference between mycobacterium standard strains and the mycobacterium hospital infective strains. Conclusion The different resistance to 2% neutral glutaraldehyde between the two different strains was not related to HSP65 gene.
