摘要
以效率工资理论作为分析框架,通过改进现有的模型,建立对农民工有激励作用的工资水平的理论模式,以此为指导决定民工工资水平,克服我国目前存在的"民工荒"现象。
The paper takes efficiency wage theory as its analytical framework, sets up a scientific wage model which has motivation function for peasant-workers by modifying the existing models, and makes it as an instruction for the decision of peasant-worker' s wage level, which will be helpful to overcome the shortage of peasant-workers.
