摘要
用阳极弧等离子体蒸发内含催化剂(Fe、Co、Ni)的石墨棒,合成单壁碳纳米管及管束,对产物进行热重分析、X射线衍射分析和Raman光谱分析等多方面表征.结果表明产物是结构缺陷少、纯度高、碳管直径均匀、准直、质量好的单壁纳米碳管及管束.给出阳极弧等离子体法制备高质量单壁碳纳米管的最佳条件为氦气压60 kPa,弧电流70 A,催化剂质量比w(Fe)∶w(Co)∶w(Ni)=1∶1∶1及良好的冷却条件.并计算出单壁纳米碳管的密度及杨氏模量随半径的变化关系.
The single walled carbon nanotubes and their bundle were synthesized by using the anode-arc plasma to evaporate graphite rods with Fe, Co, Ni as the catalyst. The resultants were characterized through thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), the XRD and Raman spectrum, showing that the products were the expected high-quality SWNTs and their bundles with homogeneous diameter, less defects, high purity, and quasi-straightness. The optimal processing condition of SWNT with anode-arc plasma evaporation method was given as follows: helium pressure was 60 kPa, arc current intensity-70 A, catalyst content ratio of ω(Fe) :ω(Co) : ω(Ni)- 1 : 1 :1, and a better cooling ambient. The relationship of elastic modulus and density of SWNT to the radius was also evaluated.
