三菱FX2N-32MR可编程控制器在机械手控制系统中的应用,以MCGS组态软件开发上位机监控界面。MCGS组态软件通过设备驱动程序从现场硬件设备获取实时数据并加工,以图形方式显示在上位机屏幕上,同时按照组态要求和操作人员的指令将控制数据送给现场硬件设备,对执行机构实施控制或调整控制参数。
Mitsubishi FX2N-32MR PLC in manipulator controlling system uses MCGS configuration software to developmonitoring interface of computer. Based on equipment drive program, the MCGS configuration software acquires andprocesses real-time data from local hardware equipment, while display the data on up PC screen in image mode. At the sametime, control data are sent to local hardware equipment for controlling execution equipment or regulating parameteraccording to configuration requirement and operator command.
