摘要
目的对市售5个厂家生产的克拉霉素胶囊进行质量考察。方法对克拉霉素胶囊的性状、溶出度、标示含量3个项目分别进行质量考察。结果考察项目在各个厂家之间存在一些差异,但均在中国药典规定的合格范围内。结论5个厂家生产的克拉霉素质量均可靠。
Aim To observe the qualities of clarithromycin capsules produced by five factories. Methods The clarithromycin capsules were observed and determined with respect to the property, dissolution and marked content of clarithromycin. Results There were some differences in above-mentioned parameters among products of different factories, however, the parameters were within the standard in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2005 edition）. Conclusions The qualities of clarithromycin capsules produced by five factories were reliable.
