摘要
随着管理理论的发展,学校内部治理结构成为研究学校内部管理的新视点。为什么要研究公立中小学校的内部治理结构?对公立中小学校内部治理结构的研究已经有哪些成果?今后应该从哪些方面完善对公立中小学校的内部治理结构的研究?通过梳理已经发表的文献,以期对此有比较全面的认识。
