摘要
介绍了含柔性体虚拟样机运动方程的推导过程,采用专业建模软件SolidWorks建立了自移机尾的三维几何模型,利用ADAMS软件建立了基架主梁的柔性体虚拟样机模型,并对主梁进行了动力学分析。仿真结果表明,主梁的变形情况不会导致基架结构的破坏。对载荷进行参数化试验后,分析得出主梁的变形幅值在小范围内波动,为设计和改善基架主梁提供了理论依据。
Introduced the derivation process motion equations of virtual prototype with flexible body, built 3D geometrical model of mobile belt tail pieces by using SolidWorks software and built a virtual prototype model of pedestal main girder by applying ADAMS, the dynamic analysis of main girder was done. The simulation results show that the distortion of main girder can not cause destruction of the structure of pedestal. Carries on the parameter experiment after the load, the analysis obtains the amplitude value of distortion of main girder is undulate in a small scope. The given conclusions lay the theoretical foundation for deeply studying characters of a pedestal main girder.
