摘要
秦文化具有鲜明的集权主义倾向,对稳固秦朝封建政治统治,维护国家的统一发挥了重要的作用,而且对后来延续了两千多年的封建制度产生了深远的影响。重视法治而轻视德治,是导致秦朝灭亡的重要原因,也是后世的一个警鉴。秦文化追求浩大,追求奢华,使秦王朝兴建了不少浩大的工程。这些工程一方面加强了全国政治、经济、军事的统一,客观上也为后世留下了宝贵的文化遗产,但另一方面也加速了秦王朝的灭亡。
The Qin culture had the intense tendency of centralization of principle, it played the vital role in making the feudal politics of Qin stable, it also maintained the nation as a whole One. Moreover, it influenced greatly on the feudalism which last for more than 2,000 years. The important reasons to perish the Qin Dynasty rely on attaching importance to the administration by law, and looking down upon the administration by moral. Pur- suing huge and luxurious caused the Qin Dynasty to complete the vast projectes by great cost and the fatigue of many lives. These projectes strengthened the unity of the whole nation＇s politics, economy and military affairs, left precious historic vestiges for the later generations, in certain degree, it prompted the Qin Dynasty＇ s extinguishment. The positive factors of the Qin culture are being generated and valued; its negative factors would be given up by later generations. Today researching the Qin culture is benefited for the development of advanced culture of socialism.
