摘要
秦朝文化以其博大精深和富有创造性,对汉朝文化产生了直接的深刻的影响。汉朝文化对秦朝文化既有全方位的继承和接受,又有一定程度的革新、整合和提升。在继承方面,除了秦朝的物质文化自然而直接地传承到汉朝外,秦朝的行政制度文化被汉朝全面承袭,秦朝强烈的集权主义倾向直接延伸到汉朝,秦朝文化中的积极进取精神在汉朝文化中得以延续;在改良、整合方面,汉朝法律对秦朝苛细的法律进行了缓释,汉朝将秦朝传下来的文字进行了全面的调整,汉朝统治者进一步丰富了从秦朝传承下来的帝王陵寝文化;在提升方面,汉朝将秦朝"大一统"的实践及理念提升到更高的思想层面上,汉朝以德治为主的统治思想取代了秦朝以法治为主的统治思想,汉朝以"以儒为教"取代了秦朝的"以吏为师"、"以法为教"的教化思想。
Qin culture contains many creative things and has a direct impact on the Han culture.The culture between Dynasty of Qin and Han exists the relationship of cultural inheritance,integration and enhance ment.The respect of inhgritance shows the administrative culture system of Qin Dynasty is comprehensive inherited to Han Dynasty,Qin strong totalitarian is directly extended to the Han Dynasty,the positive spirit of Qin rulers is extended to the rulers of Han Dynasty,many of the Qin Dynasty material and cultural heritage directly to the Han Dynasty.The respect of integration includes Harsh laws of Qin Dynasty are fine release to the laws of Han Dynasty,the Han Dynasty is adjusted comprehensively to the literal culture of Qin Dynasty,and the rulers of Han Dynasty is inherited abundant from the imperial Tombs＇culture of Qin Dynasty.The respect of promotion are revealed in Qin Dynasty Han Dynasty was upgraded of the ＂universal＂ concept to a higher level in the practice and thinking,the rule of virtue-based thinking in the Han dynasty is comprehensively better than the rule of law-based thinking in the Qin Dynasty,the Han Dynasty use ＂Confucianism as teaching＂ to replaced the cultural and educational ideas of Qin Dynasty.
