摘要
目的研究姜黄中的化学成分。方法利用正相硅胶柱色谱、反相ODS柱色谱及反相高效液相色谱等多种分离方法对姜黄的体积分数80%乙醇提取物进行分离鉴定。结果与结论分离得到6个倍半萜类化合物,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定它们的结构分别为:turmeronol A(1)、turmeronol B(2)、bisabolone(3)、8-hydroxyl-ar-turmerone(4)、bisabolone-9-one(5),(6S)-2-methyl-6-[(1R,5S)-(4-methene-5-hydroxyl-2-cyclohexen)-2-hepten-4-one](6)。其中,化合物6为新的天然产物,化合物5为首次从该属植物中分离得到。同时,利用DEPF-135、HSQC、HMBC等核磁技术对化合物3的化学位移进行了准确归属,对文献中报道的数据归属进行了更正。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Curcuma longa. Methods The 80 % EtOH extract was isolated by means of silica gel, ODS column chromatography and reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC). Results and conclusions Six sesquiterpenes were isolated and identified as turmeronol A( 1 ), turmeronol B (2), bisabolone ( 3 ), 8-hydroxyl-ar-turmerone ( 4 ), bisabolone-9-one ( 5 ), and (6 S )-2- methyl-6- [ ( 1 R, 5 S )- (4- methene-5-hydroxyl-2-cyclohexen)-2-hepten-4-one ] (6). Compound 6 was firstly isolated from this plant, which represents a new natural product and compound 5 was isolated for the first time from this genus. In addition, the carbon and proton signals of compound 3 were assigned unambiguously based on ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR, DEPT-135, HMQC, and HMBC spectra, and some assignments reported in the literature were revised.
