摘要
研究了不同基质和遮荫度,不同温度和湿度以及不同浓度MS营养液对捕蝇草组织培养苗移栽成活率的影响。结果表明,在1层遮荫网,泥炭和沙等量混合基质条件下,捕蝇草组织培养苗的移栽成活率最高,可达100%;湿度越高捕蝇草移栽的成活率也越高;喷施稀释500倍的MS营养液后,捕蝇草生长较好。
Effects of different substrates and shade limits, different temperature and humidity, and different concentrations of MS culture liquid on survival rate of Dionaea muscipula Ellis plantlets were studied. The results showed that the survival rate of Dionaea muscipula plantlets was the highest, reached 100% when covered with one shading web and planted in the mixed substrates containing peat and sand ( volume ratio 1 : 1 ). When humidity rose, the survival rate got higher. Dionaea muscipula plants could grow better when sprayed with MS culture liquid, diluted by 500 times.
