摘要
分别以含6-BA、2,4-D及其组合培养基诱导蝴蝶兰完整类原球茎、初代类原球茎切块及继代类原球茎切块外植体。主要结果:6-BA或与2,4-D组合从外植体诱导出胚性愈伤组织或类原球茎。2,4-D诱导出愈伤组织或畸形类原球茎,它们均无法继续分化发育。
Three kinds of explants of Phalaenopsis (entire primary PLB, primary PLB cube and subculture PLB cube) were induced on the media supplemented with 6 -BA,2,4 -D and both of them, respectively. EC or PLB was induced from explants on the medium with 6 -BA,as well as with both hormones. Callus or deformed PLB induced with 2,4 -D could not develop further.
