摘要 污泥含有大量植物营养成分,是制造肥料的原料,但由于污泥含水量很高,如果不进行脱水处理,很难直接使用。本文采用多种絮凝剂对安阳某化工厂污水污泥的脱水性能进行了研究,结果表明,无机絮凝剂与有机絮凝剂复配使用,可提高污泥的脱水性能,而生物絮凝剂有更好的絮凝效果。将传统的无机絮凝剂与微生物絮凝剂配合使用,不仅可以降低絮凝剂的总投加量,而且还可减少二次污染,利于絮凝后污泥的综合利用。另外,投加方式和投加次序以及助凝剂等也对脱水性能有很大的影响,其结果可作为工业化参考。 There is large quantity of nutritional ingredients in sludge, the sludge is one of important materials producing compound fertilizer, hut because of large quantity water in it, the dehydration of sludge is very important before using it. The dehydration properties of sludge discharged from a chemical plant were studied by using several kinds of flocculants. The results showed that combined use of inorganic flocculants and organic flocculants could improve the dehydration properties of sludge, but bio-floceulants were better. Combined use of traditional inorganic flocculants and microbiological flocculants could not only decrease the general adding quantity of flocculants, but also decrease second pollution. In addition, the method and sequence of adding flocculants had significant influence on the enhancement of dehydration properties. The results could be as a reference of selecting industrialization conditions.
