摘要
本文采用无机絮凝剂与有机高分子絮凝剂联合预处理高浓度喹吖啶酮颜料废水。通过筛选确定硫酸铝+聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)处理效果最为理想。在硫酸铝投加量为150~250mg·L^-1,PAM投加量为5mg·L^-1,pH值为4~6时,COD去除率稳定在40%以上,色度去除率在70%以上,出水透明。
In the experimental the joint effect of inorganic coagulant and organic coagulant aid are utilized to pretreat the Quinacridinone pigment wastewater. After selection ofthe coagulant, aluminum sulfate and PAM are the best coagulants. When the dosage of aluminum sulfate is 150 -250 mg · L^-1 , the dosage of PAM is 5 mg · L^- 1 , pH is 4 - 6, the removal ratio of COD and chroma are above 40% and ,70% , the effluent is transparent.
