稀硝酸溶液中微量砷的测定方法

摘要 目的:为了确定测定稀HNO3溶液中低浓度的砷含量的简便方法,弥补国家标准砷含量测定方法的不足。方法:利用HNO3和H2SO4分解温度的差异,将HNO3分解,再用分光光度计测定其中砷含量。结果:经过实验确定在λ=515nm时,稀HNO3中As含量与吸光度之间存在良好的线性关系:即mAs=39.06A-2.81,其中mAs单位为μg(mAs=1~13μg),线性相关系数r=0.9993,稀HNO3中As含量测定结果的相对标准偏差RSD为2.8%~3.5%,检出极限为0.5μg,平均回收率为96.3%。结论:此方法可用于测定稀HNO3溶液中的微量砷,而且结果可靠,重现性好。 Aim To find a simple method for determining the trace arsenic in diluted nitric acid and to fill Chinese National Standard gap. Method Nitric acid was decomposed as a result of the difference of the decomposing temperatures between sulfuric acid and nitric acid, then arsenic in the decomposed solution of nitric acid was determined by spectrophotometer. Result The experimental results show that when λ=515 nm, the relation between absorbency and As concentrations is linear, mAs=39.06 A-2.81, where mAs is As mass (mAs=1~13 μg), the linear correlation coefficient r = 0. 999 3, RSD is 2.8%~3.5%, the deteclion limil is 0.5 μg, and mean recovery ratio is 96.3%, respectively. Conclusion The repeatabilily of the method is ideal and the determining data is reliable when the method is used to determine the trace arsenic in diluted nitric acid.
