摘要
目的建立一种灵敏度高、准确可靠、实用的趾甲含砷量的分析方法,为地方性砷中毒防治提供实验室检测依据。方法样品用2%的中性洗涤剂,温水浸泡30min清水洗净,用硝酸-高氯酸(2:1)3ml消化0.2g趾甲样。应用氢化物发生——原子荧光法(HG—AFS)测定趾甲砷。结果本方法的线性范围为0-100μg/L,相关系数≥0.9995,取样量为0.2g时,检出限为0.0243μg/g;该方法精密度较高,相对标准偏差(RSD)〈10%;加标回收率在90%以上。结论该方法灵敏、准确可靠,操作较简单、快速,适用于地方性砷中毒病区趾甲砷的测定分析。
Objective To establish a new sensitive and reliable method for determination of total arsenic in nail. Methods The nail samples were washed with 2% liquid detergent and digested with 3 ml of nitric acidperchloric acid system (2 : 1 ). The arsenic in nail was determined with hydride generator-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The linear range of the method was 0 - 100 μg/L. The correlation coefficient was larger than 0.999. The detectable limit was 0.0243μg/g when 0.2 g of sample was taken. This method had a higher degree of precision, with a RSD lower than 10% and a recovery rate higher than 90%. Conclusions This is an easy and fast method with sensitivity and accuracy for detecting endemic arsenism.
