摘要
在工业线材生产中,线材直径测量是非常重要的环节,为了提高在线测径的效率,设计了基于ARM、光学系统和CCD的在线测径系统。通过ARM处理器驱动CCD并对CCD的输出信号进行处理,实现对线材直径的在线高速测量。利用μC/OS-II嵌入式实时操作系统,提高了系统的扩展性和稳定性。该系统具有检测速度快、可靠性高和非接触测量等优点。
In the industrial production of wire rod, wire diameter measurement is a very important part. In order to improve the efficiency of on-line diameter measurement, it designs an on-line dialneter measurement system which based on the ARM, optical system and CCD. Through the ARM processor drivers the CCD and processes deferent signal of the CCD, it implements the high-speed on-line measurement of the wire diameter. The applications of μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded real-time operating system improve the scalability and stability of the system. The system has many advantages such as fast detection, high reliability, non-contact measurement and SO on.
