摘要
提高大学生综合素质是时代发展对高校提出的必然要求。针对目前大学生综合素质培养中存在的问题,高校思想政治工作者应以提高大学生人文素质为核心,引导学生树立自我教育的意识,加强其心理素质培养。同时高校要建设适应网络文化环境的高素质学生管理队伍,适应高等教育对学生管理工作要求。
Improving the talent qualities are the higher requirements for the university. Aiming at the problems in it, we should： improve the humanistic qualities of students, support the concept of self- educating and intensify the cultivating of psychological qualities. Especially today, facing the Internet era, we must construct more students＇ administrators with high qualities to adapt to the new needs of the higher education.
