摘要
本文对葡萄嫁接愈合过程进行了研究,结果表明,嫁接后,首先在切口面上形成隔离层。10天左右,愈伤组织冲破隔离层而发出。愈伤组织是从形成层、韧皮部和新生次生木质部中发出的。愈伤组织产生后,被一层染色较深的包被层所包被。砧穗愈伤组织尽量填充接口空隙并进行接触,相接处的包被层逐渐消失而抱合。同时,砧穗愈伤组织中分化出“愈伤组织形成层”且在相应部位有管状分子分化,此时,大约在嫁接后60天左右。砧穗双方“愈伤组织形成层”相互连接形成连络形成层。连络形成层向外分化次生韧皮部,向内分化次生木质部使砧穗输导系统连接起来。整个愈合过程大约需120天左右。在嫁接愈合过程中,砧木和接穗全糖含量的动态变化与嫁接愈合进程相平行。
The graft union process of grapes is described in this paper.The resultindicated that after grafting,an isolation layer was formed on the surface of thecut.About 10 days later,the wound callus was sent out from the cambium,phloem and new xylem,and then callus was wrapped up by a deep coloredbundle layer.The wound callus of stock and scion stuffed the gap of the cutand connected the stock and scion.The callus of stock and scion differentiatedwound callus cambium and trackeary.The wound callus cambium of stock and scion contacted each other andformed connecting cambium which differentiated new phloem and xylem,andmade the convey systems of stock and scion connected.The entire union processtook about 120 days.In the graft union process,the dynamic changes of sugar content in stockand scion were parallel to the process.
