摘要
代换系的细胞学稳定,而黑麦具有许多优良性状,因此小麦—黑麦代换系的创制在理论上和实践上都具有重要价值,特别是利用小麦—黑麦代换系之间的杂交,可以产生大量的臂问易位和小片段易位,对改良小麦品质极具意义。
Substitution lines are stable in studing of cell biology , and there are plenty cf beneficial genes in rye chromosomes, so wheat - rye substitution line gets a important position in practices and theories, especially, the consequently translocation will take place between the hybridization of two different wheat - rye substitutions, including Robertson translocation and small segment translocation, which are great significant to improve wheat quality.
