金茵颗粒剂的抗炎作用及最大耐受量的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 探讨金茵颗粒剂对急性炎症反应的抑制作用,并测定其最大耐受量.方法 大鼠足趾皮下注射1%角叉菜胶,观察金茵颗粒剂对急性炎症所致水肿反应的抑制作用;小鼠一次性灌服高剂量(6倍临床等效剂量)金茵颗粒剂0.8 ml(12.0~14.67 g/kg),给药后观察7天,记录有无死亡发生,观察小鼠对金茵颗粒剂的最大耐受量.结果 金茵颗粒剂对角叉菜胶所致大鼠足趾肿胀有一定的抑制作用,与生理盐水组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),且各剂量组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05).2~4小时作用最明显,24小时后作用基本消失;其作用与阿司匹林接近(P>0.05);一次性灌服高剂量金茵颗粒剂,经过7天的连续观察,30只小鼠无一死亡且一般状态良好.结论 金茵颗粒剂对急性炎症反应有抑制作用;金茵颗粒剂具有较高的安全性. Objective To explore the inhibition effect of Jinyin granule to acute inflammation of rats and the maximally tolerated dose of mice to Jinyin granule. Methods The anti-inflammation effect of Jinyin granule was observed through the inhibition to the swelling toes of rats induced by the injection of CAR; Mice were observed continuously for seven days after being given ad un Vic high-dose Jinyin granule and then the dead mice were counted. Thus MTD could be obtained. Results Compared with normal saline group,the swelling was inhibited remarkably in the middle and high dose groups of Jinyin granule (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01, especially obvious 2-4 hours later after being given drugs. But the bulk of the effect disappeared after 24 hours. The effect was similar with the one of aspirin. In the experiment of MTD,no mouse died and all the mice were well. Conclusions Jinyin granule has the effect of anti- in- flammation and has higher safety.
