摘要
目的:测定养精胶囊一日灌胃给药的小鼠最大给药量,以观察其毒性。方法:20只小鼠按8.71g(生药)/kg,1日3次灌胃给药(临床成人1日口服剂量的249倍),观察其体重变化和死亡情况。结果:给药后小鼠体重未见明显改变,未发现死亡。结论:养精胶囊安全性较大。
Objective To determine the maximum daily dose of Yangjing Capsules administered intragastrically in mice and to observe its toxicity. Methods The 20 experimental mice were given Yangjing Capsules with a dose of 8.71g （crude drugs）/kg,thriee a day for one week to observe the body weight change and the death rate. This dosage is 249 times more than the daily human adult dose in clinic. Results No significant changes in body weight were found and no death were observed. Conclusion Yangjing Capsules are effective and safe.
