摘要
采用激光熔覆工艺,将锡青铜喷涂专用粉末熔覆于纯铝基体表面,获得了含有气孔和裂纹的熔覆层。着重对激光熔覆过程中产生的气孔问题进行了分析,得出减小和防止熔覆层气孔的最有效途径是减少H2的来源,同时较低的预置熔覆层厚度和较高的扫描速度,也能有效减少熔覆层中气孔的数量。
The special spray powder of tin bronze was cladded on the surface of pure aluminum alloy by means of laser cladding and got the bound zone with blowholes and cracks. This paper specially analyzed the blowholes that produced in the process of laser cladding and found that the best effective Way to reduce or stop the blowholes was to reduce the source of H. At the same time, it was also useful to reduce the holes with less thickness of coating and higher scan speed.
